Never send private calculations, account numbers, credentials, or source documents unless they are necessary and you have reviewed them.

The keyboard will not dismiss
Tap the keyboard dismissal control above the keyboard, tap outside the input, or swipe down within a scrollable workspace. SepCalc’s on-screen keypad remains available for calculator input.
A workspace is not visible
Open Library and search by task, function, or capability. Favorites and recents provide faster return paths. Some advanced tools require SepCalc Pro.
Connected data will not refresh
Connected workflows require explicit consent, a valid HTTPS endpoint, and any provider license or credential required by that provider. Offline calculations continue to work without a connection.

Restore SepCalc Pro
- Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Open SepCalc’s purchase screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Allow a moment for App Store verification.
Manage Intelligence
SepCalc Intelligence subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can change or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; local files and calculations remain yours.
Purchase availability and pricing vary by storefront. Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy controls
Your work stays local by default
SepCalc performs ordinary calculation, graphing, finance, data, and Python workflows on device. It does not use advertising trackers or silently upload expressions, documents, or telemetry. Protected resources—such as the microphone, camera, location, motion sensors, or Bluetooth—are requested only when you choose a feature that needs them.
Cloud intelligence and connected-data tools remain off until you enable them and choose what may be sent. You can revoke cloud consent, delete connected data, export supported records, or remove local data from within the relevant workspace. See the Privacy Policy for details.
FAQ
Common questions
Does SepCalc need the internet?
No for its core calculator, graphing, financial, data, and embedded Python features. Internet access is needed only for features you explicitly direct to a configured external provider, App Store purchase verification, or links you open.
Are results financial or professional advice?
No. SepCalc is a calculation and analysis tool. Review inputs, assumptions, conventions, methods, and source data, and obtain qualified professional advice before acting on consequential results.
How do I delete my information?
Delete individual projects or history in SepCalc; use the deletion and consent controls in connected or intelligence workspaces; and delete SepCalc and its companion components to remove their local containers. Apple retains App Store transaction records under Apple’s policies, and an external provider may retain information under the choices and policy you accepted for that provider.
How do I report an accessibility or localization issue?
Email support with the feature, language, assistive technology, text-size setting, and a short description. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
What should a bug report contain?
Version/build, device, operating system, language/region, workspace or capability, expected behavior, actual behavior, and reproducible steps. Diagnostic details are optional and should be attached only after review and consent.
